While it's true that 99% of my attention is taken up by computers or sex, I do sometimes manage to take an interest in other things.
Like most people on the UK goth scene, I don't take being a goth very seriously. But I've found the community to be a wonderful place to meet interesting and like-minded people and see the most wonderful outfits, as well as being the only place I can go that still plays music I can dance to.
Well, almost. When it runs, the Edinburgh University Science Fiction and Fantasy Society disco "Gigantor" is the finest club on Earth.

Other interests, like pop science (Daniel Dennett, Richard Dawkins, Douglas Hofstadter) and science fiction (Greg Egan, Iain Banks), may be fleshed out one day.
